Meet our Caregiver of the Month for April: Lindsey Bente!
May 3, 2019Lindsey is a great team player at Salem Woods! She has been at Salem for a few months and she has shown herself to be a valuable member of the team!
She is meticulous and thorough in her position. She follows all policies and procedures but is still flexible and aware of what is going on around her. She is the first one to get out from behind the nurses’ station and help the nurse aides in any way that she can. She makes sure her aides know she is there to help them with whatever they need. She addresses care needs immediately and puts her residents first. She is always willing to pick up when needed or stay over for a few hours if her help is needed. Lindsey is a great leader and influencer for our staff!
