Perfect Attendance Challenge Winners

In April 2024, Residence at Salem Woods launched an exciting Perfect Attendance Challenge to recognize the dedication and commitment of our full-time front-line team members. Those who maintained perfect attendance throughout the month had the chance to win four coveted Cincinnati Reds tickets. This initiative aimed to celebrate reliability and punctuality while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.



We were thrilled to have 33 full-time front-line team members achieve perfect attendance in April, demonstrating their unwavering dedication to their roles and our community. Each of these individuals exemplified our core values and contributed to the smooth operation of our facility. After placing all 33 names into a bucket for a random drawing, we were delighted to announce Senika Crawford as the lucky winner! Senika, who joined our family in October 2023, has proven to be a valuable asset to our team, and we are grateful for her hard work and dedication.

As a token of our appreciation, Senika will receive the day off with pay on the day of the game, allowing her to enjoy the Cincinnati Reds experience with three of her friends or family members. This gesture reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the outstanding efforts of our team members, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to all who participated in the Perfect Attendance Challenge.
