April Employee of the Month

Meet one of our employees who make a difference, Sara Arthon! Sara is our April Employee of the Month! Sara is one of our newest employees and has been instantly welcomed like family. She has been an STNA for three years and loves what she does.



Sara enjoys helping the residents in their everyday life. She also loves to listen to their stories about their life, favorite holidays, and hobbies. She takes pride in her work and strives to make every day count with the residents. Both residents and staff members love being around Sara and have shared, "She is a very dependable worker, always picking up extra shifts when they are available." and "Sara treats residents with the utmost respect and is a bright light when she comes in the mornings." One of her residents expressed, "I like the way she will ask me if I need anything even if my light isn’t on."

In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending time with her daughter, Chloe, her grandbabies, Willow and Levi, and her boyfriend, Andrew. She loves listening to music and watching movies from the 80's. She also loves to try different foods and travel.

Sara is grateful to be a part of the Salem Woods Family, and we are just as grateful to have her here! Congratulations on winning April Employee of the Month!
