July Employee of the Month

Salem Woods wants to give our community a peek inside the lives of our team, who work so hard to provide quality care to our residents. This month, we are highlighting our July Employee of the Month, Kim Smith!

Kim has been so impressed by patient care and the collaboration of the staff in the facility that she has worked at Salem Woods for over 23 years as an Activities Assistant. She loves everything about her job! Her favorite activity to play with the residents is Bingo because she loves to see the excitement on their faces when they call out, "BINGO!" She loves being thoroughly involved with the residents every day.



Staff members and residents all had great things to say about Kim. "Kim is a very hard worker," shared BJ. "Kim is very dependable and is always on time," stated Teresa. "Very awesome to work with and has a very outgoing personality," expressed Tanna. One of the residents shared, "Kim is fun when she drives the bus. She makes trips and appointments fun!"

We are so lucky to have someone like Kim, who is dedicated to making our residents smile through enriching activities, events, and outings. Thank you, Kim, for all you do! Congratulations on receiving July Employee of the Month!
