June Employee of the Month

Meet Salem Woods' June Employee of the Month, Holly Hurst! Holly has been at our skilled nursing facility for 15 years but has been caring for residents for the past 31 years as an Aide. She says Salem Woods feels like home and a safe place to work. Holly knows she can count on her co-workers to make her feel like part of a team. She loves her residents and enjoys playing games and listening to music with them.


Residents and staff members have all said great things about Holly. She is very dependable and compassionate. "I know I can count on her when I need something immediately. She never turns down a shift request to work," expressed a co-worker. Another one shared, "She is loyal to her team and residents." Salem Woods is lucky to have someone like Holly as part of our team!

Holly was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a mother of three boys and a grandmother to 10 grandkids, with another on the way in September. Outside of work, Holly likes to stay busy with her dogs and spend time with her grandkids, watching them grow.
