March Employee of the Month

Salem Woods loves getting the opportunity to showcase some of the amazing caregivers at our premier facility. They work tirelessly every day to put the residents' needs first and provide the best care possible. They are true heroes in our community, not because of the career they've chosen, but the commitment and responsibility they took on to care for the seniors and families of our community.

Please help us congratulate our March Employee of the Month, Janelle Bowman! Janelle has been in healthcare for over 19 years but is new to us at Salem Woods. Janelle loves her career because she enjoys taking care of people and has a big heart. Staff members and residents alike enjoy being around Janelle and all had great things to say about her!

"She is very respectful to me and treats me very well," said one of her residents. Janelle is such a hard worker, and one can easily see that! She is always on time to work and even picks up extra shifts when needed. Janelle is very pleasant to work with and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

During her free time, Janelle loves to spend time in nature and with her family. They like to travel together, with their most recent destination to Hawaii!
