October Employee of the Month

It’s an honor to recognize Carly Demaris as Salem Woods' October Employee of the Month!

Carly is one of our hardworking and compassionate STNAs in our memory care unit. Her co-workers shared that Carley is very caring and patient with her residents. She is always willing to step in to help and is a great team player. Carley loves being a caretaker to her residents and it shows with her listening ears and big heart. Her favorite part about her job is getting to step in when families can’t be there all the time.



Another reason we love Carly is that she takes the time to truly get to know our residents and build a bond with them. One of our grateful family members shared, "Carly takes great care of my dad. She is always engaging in conversations with him about what he did before he came to live at Salem Woods."

When Carly's not at work, you'll find her spending time with her husband, two kids, and three dogs. Together, they like to do outdoor activities such as playing in the pool and walking the dogs. Carly is also an excellent baker who loves to make sweet treats for the staff and residents.
